They still wanted it swinging, but only had 5 feet of clearance between columns. The bed is the same width as a standard twin mattress, but the length is down to 53 inches. A custom cut piece of foam was ordered to fit, and covered in weatherproof vinyl.
The swing just turned out great. They really wanted an old world look to their front porch, but a full sized swing just wouldn’t fit.
